A planned project, not an offer
Konocti Reserve is a planned project. Plans, images, numbers, features and timing are subject to Lake County and State of California approvals and may change or not proceed. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell, or a solicitation of an offer to buy, real estate, any interest in a residence, a membership or any security. No such offer will be made, and no deposits will be accepted, until all required approvals are obtained and the required disclosure documents are delivered. Registering your interest is free and creates no obligation for you or for us.
